Strata and Cascade hops contribute to the aroma character, and a healthy lot of Azacca and Strata hops were used in the dry-hopping process to elevate the aroma even further.

Guavatron is a tart wheat ale infused with pink guava, featuring a pleasant lactic tartness with well-balanced salinity and fruit character. We use coriander in this brew to impart a unique citrus character that compliments the fruity sweetness derived from pink guava fruit. The end result is a refreshing, fruity wheat ale with strong guava aromatics, moderate lactic sourness, slight salinity, and a crisp, dry finish.

Lounge Wizard is a moderate strength pale ale with a hazy appearance, a juicy hop profile, and a pleasantly dry finish. The juiciness of this beer is entirely derived from the hops, which are added very late in the brewing process in order to maximize their flavor/aroma contribution while minimizing hop bitterness. The hops we use in Lounge Wizard express pungent tropical fruit and candied citrus.

This lightly sour ale is fruited with a blend of plum and apricot, delivering a pleasantly fruity acidity and a crisp, dry finish. Plumsoul approximates the fruity flavor of a pluot: a plum/apricot hybrid that doesn’t exhibit sweet flavors when allowed to ferment out in a beer. Fresh, slightly sweet, and pleasantly acidic, Plumsoul is sure to leave you doing the happy-dance of the sugarplum fairies in no time.
