This lovely Double IPA was brewed with Galaxy, Mosaic, and a bit of Sabro hops to give it a fruity blast of tropical flavors. The addition of Lactose was to enhance the silky mouthfeel for the ultimate Hazy IPA experience. This extremely limited beer was brewed lovingly for Kristina Johnson for her 40th trip around the sun. Citra and Sorachi Ace hops bring citrus and earthy lemongrass flavors. And finally, the Yuzu brings home the lemon-lime tartness. Wowza!
