Fermented ice cold and patiently lagered, Helles is refined, elegant, and endlessly drinkable. We selected a blend of our favorite German and American malts and used a faux decoction mash to unlock flavors of fresh baked sweet bread and pastry. A restrained late addition of noble hops brings subtle notes of pear, with just enough bitterness to keep everything in balance.
