For those of you unfamiliar with the Grisette Style, it is the cousin of saisons and is climbing the ranks to be the next hit under the French/Belgian Farmhouse style. They are low alcohol, have a fair amount of wheat in the grain bill, and have noticeable hopping levels. Our Second Beach Grisette hits all those marks as we exclusively used Strisselspalt and Tardif de Bourgogne French Noble hops giving it a pleasant lemony citrus aroma and flavor
