A sessionable, wheat ale brewed with pineapple juice and habanero peppers and then dry hopped with Carolina Reaper and habanero peppers. This beer starts with a lightly-sweet, tropical fruit flavor followed by a spicy hot finish. Dr. Rudi is known as the Father of the New Zealand hop industry. In the 1940's he saved the hop crops from the dreaded black root rot-Phytophthora.

This hazy, double IPA’s malts and hops were selected to celebrate individuals and their contributions to the brewery during our 4 years of brewing. Hopped at a rate of 4lbs per barrel, we know after one sip you’ll agree, we’ve come a long way!
