Brouwerij St.Bernardus - Christmas Ale
Style: Winter Ale

St.Bernardus Christmas Ale is, as its name implies, a typical winter beer. This dark beer is filled with winter cheer and feels like Christmas in a bottle: warm, cosy, and really inviting to enjoy together with friends or family. St.Bernardus Christmas Ale takes on a splendid dark-brown colour that is topped off with a cream-coloured layer of froth. It’s an intensely dark beer with a full, yet slightly fruity flavour, overflowing with the tastes of winter and zesty seasonal aromas. Aniseed notes are complemented by hints of creamy caramel and fire-roasted chestnuts. This zestiness shows no signes of abating, pushing through to a magnificent finish of dried fruits and chocolate.

Brouwerij St.Bernardus - Kombine 2025

ABV: 6.00% IBU: 25.0

Kombine 2025 is an unfiltered, full-bodied blond beer (6% ABV) with a subtle hoppy aroma. A first for St. Bernardus as we have never before brewed a bottom-fermented beer. Additionally, this beer does not undergo bottle fermentation, another first in our brewing tradition. And if that was not challenging enough, we also committed to brewing this according to the German Reinheitsgebot! We used Weihenstephan’s yeast and a blend of hops from both our own and Weihenstephan. Connoisseurs will recognize the ‘oxymoron’ or the apparent contradiction in the beer’s style and name. An unfiltered Helles is, by definition, a contradiction. We find this tension incredibly intriguing, as it mirrors the duality of our brewery: our beers are iconic and steeped in tradition and authenticity, yet we also enjoy pushing boundaries to appeal to the adventurous beer drinker. 	Brouwerij St.Bernardus - Pater 6 Style: Quadruple Ale ABV: 6.70% IBU: 25.0 Pater 6 is a traditional abbey style dubbel, chestnut in color, very fruity with notes of melon and very fresh banana, finishing with slight bitterness. Delightfully easy to drink. (6,7% ABV) One of the original recipes from the days of license-brewing for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren.

Brouwerij St.Bernardus - Tripel
Style: Belgian Tripel

St.Bernardus Tripel is a traditional abbey beer that follows the classic ‘Tripel’ style. In the Watou region a tripel is often referred to as a ‘Bernadetje’. A fine tribute that pays homage to Bernadette, the youngest daughter of Evariste Deconinck (founder of the brewery in 1946). St.Bernardus Tripel is a blonde beer with an inviting golden hue and an impressive, velvety-soft head of froth. It has a slightly sweet aroma and a flowery, fruity taste in which bitter and sweet merge harmoniously. Thanks to its pleasant hoppiness, the mouth feel of this beer is nothing short of beatific. A hugely accessible beer that is surprisingly light in character.

St.Bernardus Tripel is a traditional abbey beer that follows the classic tripel style. In the Watou region a tripel is often referred to as a ‘Bernadetje’. A fine tribute that pays homage to Bernadette, the youngest daughter of Evariste Deconinck, the man to whom the monks of Abbaye Sainte Marie du Mont des Cats sold their Belgian property in 1934.

Brouwerij St.Bernardus - Wit
Style: Belgian Witbier
ABV: 5.50% IBU: 15.0

St.Bernardus Wit is a traditional unfiltered Belgian wheat beer. It was developed in collaboration with Pierre Celis, the legendary master brewer who was the driver of the resurgence of white beer in the 1960’s. St.Bernardus Wit looks distinguished and classic with its attractive, golden-yellow colour hidden under a subtle veil – it epitomises the authentic Belgian cloudy white beer. The fresh aromas of coriander and orange are perfectly balanced with the notes of pungent clove and fruity lemon. These zingy herbs combine with the creaminess of the wheat to produce a beer that is a masterclass in balance. St.Bernardus Wit is also available in can with an artwork of Belgian illustrator Arno Kiss.
