	Cask 307 - Bourbon Cabernet Sauvignon Style: Cabernet Sauvignon ABV: 13.00% Aged 18 months in bourbon barrels from our local Red Eagle Distillery. The charred oak imparts inviting aromas of vanilla, brown sugar, and ripe black cherry, with a smooth, warming.

	Cask 307 - Espresso Iced Wine Style: White Wine Blend ABV: 12.00% IBU: 14.0 Sumatra Espresso Coffee Beans roasted locally by Scribblers Coffee Co. of Geneva, cold soaked in Vidal Blanc Iced Wine for two days. Delicious coffee-infused Ice Wine. Dessert Wine / 19.4% Residual Sugar

	Cask 307 - Red Blend Style: Red Wine Blend ABV: 13.00% Blend of Barbera, Sangiovese and Grenache. Made from grapes grown in Lake and Ashtabula counties and served on tap at the recently opened Cask 307 in Madison, OH.
