	Daou Vineyards - Cabernet Style: Cabernet Sauvignon ABV: 14.90% DAOU Cabernet is made by DAOU Family Estates, a winery founded by brothers Georges and Daniel Daou in Paso Robles, California. They specifically sought out the location on DAOU Mountain due to its unique terroir, which they believed was ideal for growing Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varieties.

Displays black cherry, Zante currant, plum and blackberry up front, complemented by dark chocolate, tobacco leaf and cool menthol. Rounding out the nose are aromas of black olives, briarwood, fig, and dried thyme. Bold and assertive on the palate with flavors initially dominated by dark fruits, Bing cherries, black raspberry, plum, and pomegranate, accompanied by high note accents of cranberries and rhubarb.

Style: Chardonnay
ABV: 14.20%

This lush and luxuriant Chardonnay presents tropical aromas of pineapple, mango and freshly sliced banana, all accented by captivating accents of nutmeg, vanilla, honeysuckle, and hazelnut. The palate is voluminous and silky, unfolding with elegant flavors of honeydew melon, golden delicious apple and lemon curd. Secondary layers offer hints of kiwi, papaya, baking spice and clover honey.

Style: Red Wine Blend
ABV: 14.90%

The 2023 vintage delivers yet another bewitching blend with trademark Pessimist flair. This is a bold and powerful wine that opens with ample aromas of blueberry, boysenberry, plum, and strawberry. Smoky notes of truffle and roasted coffee are accompanied by floral notes of lavender and lilac. The palate is lush and engulfing, showing both robustness and elegance with juicy flavors of cherry, huckleberry, kirsch, and cassis. Underlying suggestions of fennel, olive, and spice bring enticing complexity to a silky, balanced finish.

Daou Vineyards - Rose
Style: Rosé
ABV: 14.10%

Made from Grenache grapes in the classic Provencale style, the Daou Paso Robles Rose presents a pale flamingo-apricot hue and a fragrant, floral nose. Aromas of freshly sliced peaches, hibiscus and hyacinth reveal accents of nectarine and orange zest. Hints of honeysuckle, orange blossom, crushed rose petal and pineapple round out the enticing bouquet. The palate is exceptionally clean and refreshing, with flavors of peach, mango, apricot, and honeydew melon accompanied by notes of lemon chiffon, apricot, papaya and kiwi. A long, luxuriant finish lingers with juicy essences of peach, strawberry and cherry.
