Style: Fruited IPA

*GR* *V* Blood of my Enemies is hands down one of our most popular brews, a heavily fruited hazy IPA featuring 10lbs of Hibiscus flowers added hot-side, PER BATCH, with a hefty dry-hop of Mandarina Bavaria and Pacific Sunrise before conditioning on nearly 300lbs of passionfruit puree. Unsurprisingly, this beer smells and tastes like beach getaway; loads of passionfruit, guava, pineapple, lychee, and citrus seep through, with hints of floral, a juicy body, with a slightly tart and piney finish.

Dark Sky Brewing Company - Boots on the Ground
Style: IPA
ABV: 7.30% IBU: 68.0

*GR**V* Brewed for our annual shoe-drive, Boots on the Ground is a classic, clean drinking West Coast IPA that we dry-hopped with Centennial, Mosaic, and Citra to really drive home some epicness. Aroma of pine, citrus, stonefruit, and ripe mango shift to flavors of apricot, citrus, mango, subtle pineapple, while finishing snappy, piney, and slightly bitter.

Style: Lichtenhainer
ABV: 4.60%

*GR* Distant Memory is our take on a historical lichtenhainer; an old school German smoked sour ale. But if that wasn't enough, we then added pineapple and key lime purees to mimic a local fav cocktail. Aroma you'll pick up a very pineapple forward nose, with subtle campfire mixed in. The flavor is pineapple centered, with a light acidity and smoke character in the backbone, finishes dry.

*GR* *V* In a downtown Flagstaff first, a collaboration WITH the town itself! Brewed to be as old an old school American IPA can be. All local AZ grain, dry-hopped with Citra, this is one for the books. Deep amber in color, with aromatics and flavors of sweet malt, mango, grapefruit, citrus zest and a snappy, piney finish.

	Dark Sky Brewing Company - Flying Chancla Style: Mexican Lager ABV: 4.20% IBU: 21.0 GR V Some of you may know of, and fear, la chancla. But luckily for you, beer isn't scary. This Mexican style lager was inspired by some of our favorites. Crisp and gorgeous, with an aroma and flavor of fresh lime, citrus zest, and a subtle cracker finish. Perfectly crushable year round.

*GR* *V* When Phantom Fox Beer Co joined the downtown Mesa scene, they quickly became a favorite of ours, so when they asked to whip up a collab for AZ Beer Week, we happily agreed. This double dry-hopped Pale ale features Cascade Cryo, Citra, and Mosaic, making for a delight to the sense. Sticky mango, fresh grapefruit, heaps of overripe citrus, and a hearty pine forest aroma and flavor make for an unforgettable brew.

Style: Hefeweizen

*GR* *V* It's not everyday we brew a Hefeweizen, so relish the experience with us. We took hefty amounts of wheat and step mashed them before combining with traditional German hefe yeast, and German Halltertaur Mittlefruh hops. Aromas of clove, bananas, spice, subtle fruity esters make way to a palate that is crisp, light, lots of sweet grain with more clove and spice along with banana bread.

Style: Witbier

*GR* *V* The Atmosphere kitchen crew joined us to throw together a classic belgian style witbier, but of course, we had to give it the DSB treatment; so we added 15lbs of Lemongrass and 8lbs of ginger to it! What you get is a highly refreshing brew with big notes of citrus, lemon, coriander, black peppercorn, across the palette and aroma, with just a subtle kick of heat from the ginger on the finish.

This brew is very unique, and even more quaffable. With notes of sweet malt, subtle banana, and heaps of juicy and tangy passionfruit, this one will surely whisk you away to a tropical paradise of flavors.

Rich aroma of caramel, malt, and subtle hop spice and fruit. Flavors deliver a sweet malt body, with fruity esters and toffee rounding out this Old Chap.

Flavor is full of black coffee, subtle toffee, and a light bitterness. This batch was fermented in our Oak Foeder, so additional notes of wood and slight vanilla make its way in as well.

On the nose, notes of dates punctuated by a hefty bourbon kick. Flavor of toffee, caramel, jammy fig, and boozey bourbon.
