Avalon takes inspiration from our favorite approaches to the modern IPA from both sides of the Atlantic, to the west coast. Brewed with Golden Promise & Pilsner malts with a dash of wheat and oat malt & hopped with a lovely array of expressions from Motueka, Denali, Centennial, Palisade, and Magnum - Avalon shows nectarine, apricot, juicy citrus, lime zest, meadow flowers and cedar wood…with a hint of something tropical.
