Made with Citra, Elani, El Dorado, and Riwaka. Fluffy malt backbone courtesy of massive additions of wheat, oats, and a touch of maltodextrin. We pick up on notes of citrus, apricot, pineapple, and passionfruit.

Edit Beer Co - Second Breakfast
Style: Hazy IPA
ABV: 6.20%      IBU: 30.0

In what could be considered a 3-way collab, we brewed this beer with our friend Ryan from Casita before conditioning it on orange zest, Meridian & Idaho 7 Hops, and a half pound per barrel of Danche (Ethiopia) coffee beans from Black & White Coffee. Kudos to Kyle from B&W for the assistance on selection and expertly roasted beans. We taste citrus, stone fruit, and a delicate undertone of coffee. Contains Milk Sugar.

Edit Beer Co - Shouting On Mute
Style: Hazy IPA
ABV: 5.80%      IBU: 20.0

Shouting On Mute is our first crack at the Hazy Pale Ale category. We've loaded the beer up with plenty of hops - 4lbs/BBL of Citra, Mosaic, Krush, and El Dorado. The beer borrows a malt bill from our recent Hazy IPAs but scaled down for a more sessionable pint. Cramming juiciness and texture you'd expect from a Hazy IPA but with a toned down ABV, it is a style we hope to keep exploring.

Edit Beer Co - The Daily Grind
Style: Coffee Blonde
ABV: 5.70%

Since we last released a coffee blonde, we've had plenty of time for introspection and modification. For this go-around we partnered with our pals from Black & White Coffee Roasters (Raleigh, NC) and selected one of their year round offerings. Aiming to create a latte-like vibe by amping up some creamy sweetness we added milk sugar then rested the beer on coarsely cracked, freshly roasted coffee beans at a rate of nearly 1lb/BBL. The results speak for themselves - beautiful coffee aroma and character from a deceptively colored golden beer. Dextrin malt in the mash helps to add a touch of body while the selected blend of coffee beans bring notes of dark chocolate and a touch of cherry. *This beer contains milk sugar aka lactose.

Edit Beer Co - The Kernel
Style: Cream Ale
ABV: 5.00%      IBU: 15.0

If you guessed our first beer collaboration would be with Carolina Popcorn Shoppe, you’d be right. A hefty amount of air popped popcorn along with flaked maize lend subtle sweetness to this highly drinkable cream ale. Pairs well with movie nights, your favorite tunes, and just about any situation calling for restrained refreshment.
