	Elouan - 2021 Chardonnay Style: Chardonnay ABV: 13.60% This full bodied Chardonnay has wonderful aromas of apricot, lemongrass, and buttered popcorn that lead into honeydew, lemon shortbread and pear on the palate. It is well balanced and has a nice clean finish.

	Elouan - Pinot Noir Style: Pinot Noir ABV: 13.60% he clusters were 100% destemmed with a few select lots having small amounts of stems added back to the fermenter for phenolic augmentation The wine was aged for ten months in a mix of new and seasoned French oak and racked upon completion of malolactic fermentation.
