Equilibrium - Chaos Theory
Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 6.50%

The Chaos Theory is also seen in Fractals, which are complex patterns that are self-similar across different scales. They are created by repeating a simple process over and over in an ongoing loop. Fractals are literally pictures of Chaos. Chaos Theory uses our Fractal fermentation profile, a grain bill of flaked oats and flaked wheat, and for the first time with this profile, a hop bill of Citra, Strata, Galaxy. The outcome is an easy-drinking beer packed with bold flavors lined with a hoppy creaminess. A papaya and tropical nectar nose leads to luscious flavors of navel orange, passionfruit, pineapple chunks, grassy resin, and Lemonhead candy. A hoppy bitterness is balanced by our EQjuice finish and a creamy mouthfeel.

Equilibrium - MC²
Style: Double Hazy IPA
ABV: 8.00% IBU: 65.0

MC² is Photon’s big brother. We literally took Photon’s hopping rate and squared it. This DIPA is our tribute to the amazing relationship that energy and mass are balanced, proportional to the speed of a photon squared. It pours a hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot. MC² tastes like succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins. It’s very drinkable for 8.0%; be careful, this one can sneak up on you.

	Equilibrium - Mobius Porter Style: Porter ABV: 7.00% We’ve gone through great lengths to refine the process to yield a Rich and Creamy Flavor and mouth feel to show case the decadent flavors yet leave the harsh taste that dark grains can often leave behind. Incredible mouthfeel yet not cloyingly sweet to aid in its drinkability.

Equilibrium - Return Of The Juice
Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.00% IBU: 68.0

We are thrilled to bring you our latest collaboration with our friends from Oregon, greatnotion - Return of the Juice used a blend of 3 types of wheat, malted oats with a whirlpool of Citra Lupomax, and a HUGE dry hop of Citra, Citra Lupomax, Eclipse, and Motueka. Return of the Juice pours a bright straw yellow and gives off flavors and aromas of Grove-Stand citrus pulp and 5 Alive zest supported by a touch of grassy picnic in new Zealand fields.

Equilibrium - Vitamin M(Sea)3
Style: Triple IPA
ABV: 10.00%

A collab with Vitamin Sea Brewing. For this beer, we payed attention to smallest detail while thinking of a big TIPA that you can enjoy in your living room and possibly in your fish tank if you have too many. Thanks Ocean Physics! We set out to make a triple as smooth as the most gentle ocean waves. Batch 2 of VitaminM(Sea)³ starts with a base of oats and wheat to help the beer remain soft and creamy before an even bigger hopping rate of Citra, Mosaic, Wakatu, and Galaxy than its predecessor. It pours a hazy and vivid bright yellow and has intense notes and flavors of assorted citrus, lemon & lime, and a dank and earthy lemongrass. It has big #EQjuice with an extremely soft smooth finish
