We refined the process a bit to get this beer right where we want it. All the roasted malts for this beer come from Valley Malt in Hadley, MA.

	Exhibit A Brewing Co. - The Cat's Meow Style: American IPA ABV: 6.50% Aromas of tangerines and ripe stone fruits greet the nose followed by flavors of grapefruit peel, fresh navel oranges and light malt sweetness. Smooth finish with a touch of grapefruit bitterness at the end.
