Sweet, tart, and fruity we start with our Berliner Weiss base, then add in a ton of fruit, lactose, vanilla, and toasted almonds to transform a simple tart into a rich cheesecake drinking experience.

	Explorium - DAMN! That''s Good! Style: Double IPA ABV: 9.00% IBU: 74.0 One hearty swig is all it takes to confirm this brew is true to its name. A big, well-balanced Imperial IPA brewed with a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka hops. We then add Orange Blossom honey and Grapefruit peel to round off the harsh edges, resulting in a 9%-er that MIGHT be too easy to drink.
