Another exemplar entry into our rolling Belgian series. This Belgian style Blonde is brewed with summer on the mind. A bright, golden body with a dense white head holds all the aroma desired to express Belgian spice esters. Sweet floral notes rise from robust, locally produced wild flower honey. Dancing between the pillars of refreshing and intricate, the spice from Grains of Paradise and dried Lemon peel serve as gossamer bridges spun of whimsical fancy. In true Belgian style, complexity isn't a barrier to rejuvenating refreshment.

	Explorium - Blueberry Cheesecake Style: ABV: 5.40% IBU: 3.0 Our Berliner Weisse base layered up with lactose, vanilla, toasted almonds, and late season Michigan blueberries make for a brew that straddles the line between easy drinking and decadent.

What's better than a slice of cheesecake? A glass of cheesecake. Our cheesecake tart series churns ever onward. This batch dips into one of our favorite fruit combinations featuring blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry. Sweet, tart, and fruity we start with our Berliner Weiss base, then add in a ton of fruit, lactose, vanilla, and toasted almonds to transform a simple tart into a rich cheesecake drinking experience.

This beer starts with our kettle soured Berliner Weiss and is layered up with lactose, toasted almond, and Michigan tart cherry puree. Designed to invoke the late season treat of rich cheesecake and fresh tart cherries, this brew lands in the sweet spot between easy-drinking and decadent. Crack open a slice of cheesecake and enjoy! 	Explorium - Copper Lager Style: Lager ABV: 6.00% IBU: 20.0 A crisp traditional Vienna lager with a bright copper hue resting beneath of soft white head. This beer brings soft caramel and toast notes for the complexity this easy drinking lager style holds reknown. This brew is dedicated to Law enforcement and proceeds are donated to the Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Fund.

	Explorium - DAMN! That''s Good! Style: Double IPA ABV: 9.00% IBU: 74.0 One hearty swig is all it takes to confirm this brew is true to its name. A big, well-balanced Imperial IPA brewed with a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka hops. We then add Orange Blossom honey and Grapefruit peel to round off the harsh edges, resulting in a 9%-er that MIGHT be too easy to drink.

	Explorium - Lost In The Sauce VX: PBMN Style: ABV: 6.60% IBU: 17.0 Lost in the Sauce VX is our premier hazy NEIPA. The VX stands for "Version Experimental." While the base beer remains unchanged, we are constantly exploring new hops and novel combinations in search of bold flavors. This iteration features Peacharine, Belma, Mosaic, and Nectaron hops for a truly intense stone fruit flavor.

	Explorium - Mimosa Style: Seltzer ABV: 5.00% It. . . ah. . . tastes like a Mimosa. That's because we dropped a lot of real OJ in there, then pitched in a goodly amount of natural Champagne flavoring. This tastes like Sunday brunch, but in a tailgate friendly package.

We are sadly prohibited from waxing poetic about the arduous efforts the brewery staff took to source locally grown, free-range, cruelty-free Blue Razburries.
