Brewed with Comet and Cascade, it's finished with Mosaic in the whirlpool and wet hopped with fresh Ivanhoe--a California variety that was brought was brought back to life after a 100 year hiatus and picked the day before we used them by our friends at Hops-Meister in Lake County.
