We took the opportunity to brew with a new roaster and chose One Line's (Columbus, OH) Costa Rican coffee El Venado, which provides notes of baker's chocolate and red berries. Expect big notes of coffee, caramel, hints of stone fruit and subtle chocolate.

Fifty West Brewing Co. - Jam Out
Style: Sour
ABV: 4.10%

This mixed berry Berliner Weisse was brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malt before an addition of lactose. Fermented with a tropical yeast and souring culture, we then conditioned this beer on blackberry, blueberry and raspberry. Expect a fruit-forward, jammy beer, brightened with a clean and firm acidity which is then rounded out by a dry finish.
