Inspired by a fondness for rosé hues, this cider honors a Finnriver tradition of mixing the french-style Kir cocktail and blends the lines between trees and vines. Autumn’s Blush begins with a select blend of high acid apples, fermented bright and dry, then infused with a kiss of organic black currant to add depth and a pink hue. The beauty of Autumn arises when the orchard blushes with the promise of the harvest to come. Cage and cork nish in 750ml format.Made without gluten ingredients.

	Finnriver Farm & Cidery - Habanero Style: Cider ABV: 6.50% Small batch production year-round featuring cider fermented on the farm using 100% organic apple juice pressed from Washington apples. We ferment to dry, then steep with organic Habanero chilies for several days until the ideal balance of heat and depth is achieved. Lightly carbonated. Contains no gluten ingredients.

Finnriver Farm & Cidery - Honey Meadow

Honey Meadow speaks directly to the roots, shoots, and blooms of Spring on the Olympic Peninsula. Locally harvested burdock and dandelion roots are dried and roasted in the farm’s woodfired oven and then boiled into a house-made syrup. The roots balance the acidity with their earthy depth and nutty notes and then we add honey to add the floral and herbs to honor the season. Lightly carbonated. Made without gluten ingredients.

Our botanical ciders share the earthy essence of life in the fields and forests of the Olympic Peninsula. Small batch seasonal production features cider fermented on the farm, blended cider with organic black currant, and then steeped with organic lavender flowers sourced from local farms (Jardin de Soleil and Wilderbee Farms) A final addition of unrefined organic cane sugar adds depth, sweetness and flavor. Lightly carbonated. Made without gluten ingredients.
