Calamity Jane Blonde Ale is a light bodied, straw colored ale fermented cool with a clean, neutral California ale yeast. Brewed with a simple malt base comprised mostly of Pilsner malt, this easy-drinking ale exhibits a soft, grainy sweetness. Taiheke hops, grown in New Zealand, provide mild lemon, lime, and grassy flavors. As Southerners, we grew up finding refreshment in the form of a tall glass of sweet tea. Sitting on the back porch in the evening, listening to the crickets and watching the fireflies – that was as good as life could get. And then we got older and found beer. Which presented a problem: we had to *choose* between beer and sweet tea at times, creating internal conflict and unnecessary stress. Yeah, life gets hard. So we figured, why not combine the two? We created Chattahooch-Tea IPA, a lactose IPA brewed with two types of tea and hopped with Lemondrop and Motueka, hops known for their lemon and lime flavors. Double dry hopped and full of flavor, Chattahooch-Tea is a true Southern treat.

The name is Dragon, Space Dragon. He lives to uncover big flavors and each mission finds him exploring the galaxy in search of the perfect blend of hops. On this top secret mission he discovered a tropical fruit realm featuring loads of tangerine and orange notes backed by peach, coconut, and subtle complimentary spices. Blending Mandarina Bavaria, Sabro, and Amarillo hops produced this exploratory DIPA that every spy would love. This beer is best served neither shaken nor stirred.
