	Flat Tail Brewing - Careless Wheat Style: Wheat Ale ABV: 5.50% Banana esters from the use of Bavarian ale yeast pay homage to Georgio’s classic hit “Careless Whisper.” You may not notice the wheat character as we were a bit careless and used oats instead.
