Barrel Aged Palisade Wasp IPA. Gizmo Brew Works’ IPA derives its name from the Palisade hop, the main flavor and aroma hop in the brew. Bred in the northwest US in Yakima Valley, Palisade hops typically function as complementary hops, but this IPA emphasizes their unique flavor profile. The Palisade Wasp IPA conveys a strong floral aroma with a hint of tangerine.

Damn right is a hazy, fruity, bitter sweet symphony of flavor. Not one ounce of the Vic Secret and Azzacca hops were boiled, but pounds on pounds were added to a lenghty hop stand and massive dry hop, lending huge pineapple notes to its juicy flavor and tropical nose. Lactose, vanilla beans and freshly pureed pineapple bestow a sweetness that perfectly meld, ending with a creamy juicy finish. Hazy. Juicy. Damn Right.

Gizmo Brew Works - Deep Blue Saison

In the summer of 1997, Deep Blue, a computer designed by IBM, defeated the world champion chess player Garry Kasparov at his own game. This was the first time a master of his craft had been beaten by artificial intelligence. In the summer of 1999, a totally unrelated, yet similarly disturbing advancement in technology struck again when the Hollywood classic Deep Blue Sea proved even Samuel L. Jackson was no match for those motherf@*$ing A.I. sharks. We pay our respects to these victims of technology with a funky twist on a farmhouse favorite. Our saison has a strong blueberry nose accompanied by a classic Belgian aroma. Dry and crisp, a sweet blueberry flavor takes over, accented by a slight tart ending. Gizmo's summer beer pairs perfectly with hot days, warm nights, chess matches, and sailing in shark infested waters.

Gizmo Brew Works - El/Mo

El Dorado and Mosaic; arguably two of Yakima Valley’s finest. These hops each have a well deserved reputation. Together, they transcend beyond even the loftiest of expectations. This pale ale is a juicy tribute to these hop legends. El Dorado imparts tropical bursts of pineapple, mango and stone fruit. Mosaic ups the fruitiness even higher, while lending hints of citrus and pine. High on hops with a tamed bitterness, this pale is sure to satisfy.

	Gizmo Brew Works - Enigma Style: Weizenbock ABV: 7.90% Brewed true to the German style, the Enigma Weizenbock melds banana and clove flavors with a sweet yet dry finish. As a part of our series of experimental sour beers we want to showcase some well-deserving hops for their paramount flavors. Although bitter and sour maybe on different ends of the spectrum when it comes to alkalinity- opposites truly attract. A tart base that showcases the Cashmere hop, which is characterized by tropical & citrus flavors, leaves nothing to be desired.

Flying Machines, hydraulics, and steam cannons are among his numerous inventions, as well as being the father of paleontology and architecture. His contributions to science, art, and beyond are rivaled by no one. Renaissance Man pays tribute to his universal genius. Channeling the Renaissance spirit, this imperial pumpkin ale represents the collision of logical and artistic thought. Carefully selected spices and caramel meld with pumpkin to add depth and complexity to its scope. Finally, the addition of freshly roasted Honduran coffee beans adds an imaginative layer. It’s a Renaissance, man!

Smelling sweetly of cherries and berries, this big fruity brew checks in at 10% ABV. We perfectly blended English hops and English yeast with a “tun” of 2-Row and Crystal malts to create a shockingly smooth big beer. A slight roasted flavor lurks deep within the malty goodness to help cut the sweetness. Even the polar vortex can’t break through the warmth imparted by our first imperial brew.
