Beloved Blackberry is a white wine barrel-aged farmhouse ale blend that was re-fermented with 450 pounds of blackberries. True berry fruitiness blooms with deep, red wine like notes; soft, dry, and tart. Sour notes are mellow and round, like aged balsamic, enhancing the fruitiness of this brew. A lingering earthiness remains with faint whispers of drying tannins.

	Gotahold Brewing - Citraspective Style: Sour IPA ABV: 5.60% Bright, tart and citrusy, this staff favorite combines the sharp, refreshing acidity of a kettle soured beer with the hoppy, citrusy flavors of a dry hopped beer. The name came to us after tasting the variety of citrusy flavors in (grapefruit, lemon, tangerine) expressed in the finished product.

	Gotahold Brewing - Daily Bread Style: ABV: 8.30% Big, rich and malty Double Bock. Notes of malt, toasted bread and toffee greet the nose at first whiff. The beer has a full palette that starts sweetish and is balanced by a mild hop bitterness and toasted/slightly roasted notes from the grain.

	Gotahold Brewing - Fine Fettle 2024 Style: Cherry Farmhouse Ale ABV: 6.10% A farmhouse ale fermented 14 months in wood with a mixed culture, then re-fermented with sweet cherries. The result is a fruity and dry beer with bright cherry and plummy aromas, a nice oaky tannic feel and hints of funky yeastiness. The acidity is restrained, giving only a slight sour touch.

Malty multi-grains, reminiscent of breakfast cereal, along with notes of wheat and a touch of honey sweetness warmly make their way from the glass. Delicate pear brings a soft fruitiness, adding another layer of depth. Soft and smooth on the palate with intermingling flavors of wheat and a light fruitiness that opens up in the nose. A faint spiciness and lightly herbal hop bitterness balances and lingers shortly after each sip.

A pale-colored, spicy, dry and strong Belgian style of beer with a lovely malt character and a balancing bitterness; this style is surprisingly easy-drinking despite the high ABV. The aroma is complex with citrusy-fruity notes with a mild spiciness, and the flavor has peppery and clove-like notes from the yeast, with fruity (citrus, some banana) enhancing the sweet malty flavors. Finishes dry and balanced.

ABV: 10.00%

Bright, punchy notes of tropical and citrus fruits open and swell with underlying notes of terpy resin and mild alcohol. Big aromatics lend to big flavors as juicy tropical notes wash over the palate, leading into hints of stone fruit. Moderately hoppy bitterness is balanced by a strong malt presence without adding sweetness. These flavors harmonize for a bold, well rounded IPA without being overwhelming.

Gotahold Brewing - Tantivy
Style: Farmhouse Dry-hopped Brett Saison
ABV: 5.80%

Starting with a mix of pilsner and wheat malts, we crafted Tantivy to have a nice light malt touch on which the mixed cultures resident in some of our veteran barrels could play. The resulting beer came out of the barrels with a lovely spiciness, an intriguing Brett funkiness, and just a hint of sourness. We dry hopped it with some S-hops: Saazer, Sorachi Ace, and Simcoe. The hops rounded out the flavor, giving a bit of tannic dryness, adding some herbal notes and accentuated the spiciness of the beer.
