Don't Mind Us is yet another collaboration with our friends Maplewood Brewing from Chicago. Don’t Mind Us is a simple blonde ale that highlights a few unique ingredients on a sessionable platform—thiolized London Ale III yeast, Belma CGX (cryo hops), and Meridian hops. It's a tropical thiol flavor bomb on a lighter, more sessionable base beer with notes of strawberry, lychee, citrus zest, and tropical fruit.
