“Munich Gold” closely resembles our Münchner Hell in terms of taste and mainly owes its popularity to a slightly higher original gravity and the malty note. The result is a full-bodied yet mild taste which delivers an increasingly bitter note before culminating into an aromatic finish. A real treat for true beer connoisseurs! The types of barley grown in the Swabian Jura and in the Upper Palatinate Region of Bavaria are excellently suited for the production of this timeless classic. Hacker-Pschorr has been brewing beer in the traditional Bavarian manner since 1417. The high-quality beers the brewery produces are all brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law and contain only water, malt and hops.

Hacker Pschorr Muncher Dunkel (5% ABV) is a Munich Dunkel Lager style beer brewed by Hacker-Pschorr Bräu GmbH in München, Germany. The forgotten child of Munich’s Big Six breweries, Hacker-Pschorr doesn’t miss often and they haven’t missed here. The beer is dark brown with red-brown around the edges with a terrific head that stays all the way down. It is slightly sweet and shows some banana notes, which you would expect from a dunkel. The Munich malt gives it a distinct roasted flavour with hints of chocolate and coffee.

It is served at the Oktoberfest, under the “Heaven of Bavaria”. Now also in bottles since 2024. Our hearty Wiesn specialty. Bright like light amber - distinctive and tasty. Our Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest beer - a beer with a distinctive, independent character and yet pleasantly mild and drinkable. We have revived the old recipe and with it a quaffable, honey-colored piece of Oktoberfest history. Brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516.

	Hacker-Pschorr - Weissbier Style: Hefeweizen ABV: 5.50% IBU: 12.0 Our unfiltered Hacker-Pschorr Weissbier is naturally cloudy, full-flavoured and uniquely refreshing. The history of Munich's Hacker-Pschorr goes all the way back to 1417 and even plays a leading role in the foundation of Oktoberfest, when Prince Ludwig I of Bavaria asked them to brew a special beer for his Wedding in 1810.
