Highway 12 - 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon
Style: Red Wine
ABV: 14.00%     

The 2017 release showcases when depth, strength and elegance meet. Blended with 8% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot, the wine was aged in French oak and showcases cedary overtones supported by the round mid-palate body and tingly tannins on the edge of the finish. Entry exhibits soft earthtones on the nose with hints of cherry, blueberry and a vanilla-oak softness. Medium to full-bodied the wine reveals wonderful fruit ripeness supported by richness and a slightly chewy core.

Highway 12 - 2017 Chardonay
Style: Chardonnay
ABV: 13.50%     

The nose presents elderflower blossoms and light citrus with a hint of stone fruit. On the palate is something quite different; crisp asian pear prevails. The fruit and floral notes are balanced by light acidity and a rich toasty vanilla oak warmth to round out the finish.
