Holidaily Brewing Co. - Beulah Red

A balanced beer with toasted malt characters. The Colorado Rose Onyx, commonly referred to as Beulah Red Marble, was so rare that all the known marble was used in the capitol building and cannot be replaced. The rose marble was quarried near Beulah, Colorado. According to one of the cutters who helped install the stone, the shades of red reminded him of “the gorgeousness of a Colorado sunset“.
