This year we received apples from Erickson's Orchard in Bayfield, WI. This is the first time using these apples in about 10 years. A very nice sweetness in the fruit harvest.The flavor is slightly sweet/tart with some apple character. Our fall seasonal beer to bookmark Oktoberfest Wiesn.
