We created this breakfast pastry inspired sour ale after an Apricot Couronne. This pastry is layered with juicy apricots and plums with a glaze of orange juice for a balanced acidity before a touch of cranberry which rounds out the flavors with a slight bitter note. These fruity flavors are complemented by real vanilla beans, brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Rio Red grapefruits from Texas were harvested at peak ripeness for a perfect sweet bitter balance with bright acidity. Pink Dragon fruit from Thailand offers a smooth creaminess that pairs wonderfully with the Character of the Grapefruit and the sweetness of the pineapple. Neon Magenta in color, this beautiful version of our Coastal Sunshine series showcases balanced sweet and sour character with just enough bitterness to give it incredible drinkability.

There are a lot of ways to make a hurricane cocktail but we think the best versions are packed with passion fruit puree. We followed that and put our own twist by using Calamansi lime as the sour component to balance the sweet cherry and accentuate the bright tropical tones in the passionfruit. The mandarin orange is the glue that binds all the flavors and pairs wonderfully with the touch of Wildflower honey in the finish.

This version of our Enchanted Island series takes inspiration from a Cobra’s Fang cocktail. We created this uniquely delicious beverage to get the party started and you don't have to go to the Caribbean to do it! Loaded with tropical passionfruit, juicy pineapple, zesty tangerine, jammy marionberry, with a fruity floral note from hibiscus flowers. Great out of the can or used a mixer with a shot of rum over ice.

This is our Hazy IPA collaboration with the amazing skateboarder Alec Majerus. Alec grew up in Rochester MN near our precious sister company Forager Brewery. He has gone on to become one of the most skilled skateboarders in the game. We worked out a slammin IPA with his Favorite hops, Citra and Mosaic with a dash of Columbus cryo for that danky hop punch. This beer is the perfect fit after a day of knowlie 360* kickflipping into a crooked nose grind down a set of 10 with your best buds. If you don't know what that is you haven't lived.

	Humble Forager Brewery - Foggy Footpath Style: Double IPA ABV: 8.10% This yeast works directly to release more hop thiols contained in our selected 2021 crop of Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. These thiols offer a massive tropical fruit character, which when combined with a soft bodied beer really shine. We double dry hopped Foggy Footpath both during fermentation and during conditioning.

We cooked up this vanilla, cinnamon, maple, mocha inspired stout with the amazing people at Mikerphone Brewing in Elk Grove, Illinois. Amped up tones of maple syrup, riff with beautifully roasted Grost Bear coffee from our friends at Mostra, backed by layers of rich Ugandan vanilla beans and smooth Bolivian cocoa nibs, dashed with aromatic cinnamon. This stout is a great companion on your next humble adventure.
