Like the surrounding Northwest forests we call our back yard, this beer is complex in its subtleties. From a clean malty profile to a moderate Noble-hop flavor and aroma, our Lager combines local ingredients and inspiration, which results in a beer that's a cut above the rest.

Here is a beer that celebrates the joy of winter sports in the beautiful mountains of the Pacific Northwest. After a big day of playing in deep powder, you deserve this tasty treat. Brewed with Azacca, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops, Deep Days is big on citrus, pineapple, and stone fruit notes and aromas. With a lower IBU, this IPA is an easy drinker with a smoother finish. As a 1% For The Planet member, a portion of proceeds from sales of Deep Days will support local environmental non-profit organizations.

Icicle Brewing Company - Dragontail IPA

Dragontail is a modern take on the West Coast IPA, with a blend of hops that bring out notes and aromas of juicy citrus, sweet peach, and honeydew melon. The malts provide a smooth mouthfeel while letting the character of the hops shine through. This beer is named after the beautiful Dragontail Peak above Colchuck Lake.

The first ever three-way local collaboration brew between Icicle, Blewett Brewing, and Doghaus Brewery! Brewed specifically to celebrate this season's Oktoberfest celebrations, this festbier embodies the strong bonds in our Leavenworth community and will be served throughout the village this year. Light, malty, and biscuity, this beer is the quintessential style found inside the festival tents at Germany’s Oktoberfest celebration. Expect a light to medium-bodied pale lager that is malt forward with very low bitterness. Prost!

	Icicle Brewing Company - PEAK SEEKER DOUBLE IPA – GLACIER Style: Double IPA ABV: 7.70% IBU: 65.0 The eighth release in our modern West Coast IPA series, this adventurous double IPA sports a 7.7% ABV and features Mosaic, Simcoe and Galaxy hops.
