We teamed up with our pals at Lupulin Brewing to create this super creative and interesting IPA. This Cold IPA is light and dry with notes of stone fruit and resin from Nectaron hops, citrus from Mosaic, and strong flavors of peach and fresh melon from Alora. Fermenting the beer with a blend of lager and thiolized ale yeast unlocks loads of tropical flavors that would otherwise remain hidden with a traditional ale yeast.
