Kawaii is a term used for cute, sweet and delicate things. But what about when those things are also weird or a little bizarre? Then they saw Kimokawaii, a mix of these two worlds in one! A beer that looks innocent on the face, but when you drink it, it's totally unusual. Fruity, tart, full of blackberry, pitaya and hibiscus, we've found the perfect balance for our potent Imperial Sour.

Japas Cervejaria - Matsurika
Style: Pilsner
ABV: 5.00% IBU: 27.0

One of the highlights of Japanese cuisine is the tea. And one of the most delicate and flavorful Asian teas is made using the jasmine petals, called Matsurika in Japan. We added these petals to the recipe of a Pilsen, a soft and delicate beer, bringing floral notes to the aroma and palate. ------------------------- Um dos destaques da gastronomia japonesa são os chás. E um dos mais delicados e saborosos chás orientais é feito utilizando as pétalas de Jasmim, chamado Matsurika no Japão. Adicionamos essas pétalas à receita de uma pilsen, uma cerveja suave e delicada, trazendo notas florais ao aroma e paladar.

	Japas Cervejaria - Nama Biiru Style: Japanese Rice Lager ABV: 4.90% IBU: 18.0 Our Nama Biiru is light, clear, dry and extremely refreshing, as if it had been taken directly from the tap. With a delicious combination of Sorachi Ace and Lemondrop hops.

	Japas Cervejaria - Neko IPA Style: ABV: 5.70% IBU: 40.0 Do you know Maneki Neko? One of Japan's most famous amulets, the "lucky cat" has multiple meanings; for example: with the left paw raised it brings customers, with the right paw raised it brings fortune. It was with this in mind that we decided to launch Neko IPA, a recipe with a totally unusual ingredient: luck!

	Japas Cervejaria - Oishii Style: Wheat ABV: 4.70% IBU: 15.0 A Oishii é a nossa primeira #witibier com casca de laranja e gengibre. De sabor inconfundível, o gengibre é utilizado na gastronomia japonesa, desde pratos até chás e bebidas. E é ele que dá um toque especial em nossa Witbier. Um estilo suave, refrescante e super saboroso, que ainda leva trigo e cascas de laranja na receita.

	Japas Cervejaria - Sawa Plum Style: Sour ABV: 4.70% Made with plums, a fruit with flavors that range from sweet to tart, just like the beer style. Plum blossoms symbolize persistence in Japan because they bloom in the winter when the branches are still covered in snow. Deliciously sour and sessionable at 4.7% ABV.

Japas Cervejaria - Wasabiru
Style: Pale Ale

This beer brings one of the most famous and potent ingredients of Asian cuisine: the wasabi, delicately added during maturation. This is a balanced, hoppy and refreshing American Pale Ale, with Cascade hops. ------------------------- A primeira receita das cervejeiras nipo-brasileiras traz um dos mais famosos e potentes ingredientes da culinária asiática: o Wasabi, né? Ele é inserido com delicadeza na maturação em perfeito equilíbrio com o clássico lúpulo Cascade no Dry Hopping, resultando numa American Pale Ale lupulada, refrescante e muito original.

At the end of the day, when Japanese factories and offices begin to empty, it is the Izakayas - Japanese pubs - that are full. And, in all of them, one request is certain: Nama Biru, which means 'live/raw beer', that is, unpasteurized and ultra fresh. Our Nama Biru is light, clear, dry and extremely refreshing, as if it had been taken directly from the tap. With a delicious combination of Sorachi Ace and Lemondrop hops, this version also has a touch of yuzu, a rare Japanese citrus fruit.
