Jukes Ale Works - Kammer Kolsch
Style: Kolsch
ABV: 5.10%

Named after the historic Goldene Kammer (Golden Chamber) in the city of Cologne, this lovely ale was brewed entirely with Weyermann Cologne-style malt, Pale Wheat, and Barke Vienna with thoughtful additions of Tettnang in the kettle. Fermented low and slow with our favorite Kolsch strain followed by over a month of lagering. Brewed to be as close to style we could achieve to the Kolsch found in the city of its origin.

Style: Vienna Lager
ABV: 5.00%

A 3-way collaboration between B5 Brewing, Pint 9 Brewing, & Jukes Ale Works. This Vienna Lager was brewed entirely with Weyermann Malts featuring a base of Vienna Malt, CARARED for color & depth, while a kiss of both oak-smoked wheat & beech smoked barley lend a hint of smoke to round things out. Fermented cool with German yeast & lagered 6 full weeks prior to packaging.
