Persephone was named after the Greek goddess of spring and Stephanie is the owners daughter. Put them together and you have Perstephanie or Keuka Brewing Company's spring seasonal brew. This is a German style Kölsch that is made with local honey making it a great beer to pair with holiday meals. It pours a light golden color while releasing pleasant aromas of German hops. Flavors of malted barley and sweet honey along with subdued fruitiness from the specialty yeast.
