	Little Beast Brewing - Czech Pilsner Style: Czech Pilsner ABV: 4.80% Our Czech-Style Pilsner is a simple and true-to-style lager, brewed with Bohemian malts and Czech-grown Saaz hops. This beer has toasted biscuit and bready malt flavors, a classic spicy hop character, and a refreshingly crisp finish. Fermented with a traditional Czech lager yeast used by brewers in the Prague area.

	Little Beast Brewing - Ferme Rouge Style: Sour ABV: 7.50% Oak aged tart red ale- using a unique malt bill including Pilsner, Golden Naked Oats, and some of our favorite red hues malts. Primary fermentation with two Saccharomyces, secondary with Brett and blended with Lacto fermented wort. Tart and dry.

	Little Beast Brewing - Fólkvangr Style: Dark Ale ABV: 6.70% Barrel-Fermented Dark Saison. We used a Norwegian farmhouse strain of yeast, chocolate wheat & kilned coffee malts, and Callista & Hallertau Blanc hops to produce a perfect beer for this weather. Robust and round, pleasantly dry and very drinkable.
