This yeast-driven Saison has been dry hopped with Loral, and Ekuanot hops which gives it such a unique, complex profile. Gregorian calendars be damned! Saisons are usually reserved for springtime, but we keep ours on year-round for you (and us) to enjoy.

Dry stout aged with whole Papa New Guinea coffee beans from Pure Bean Roasters in Rapid City, SD. Medium bodied with a persistent khaki head. Fresh brewed coffee aroma with hints of cocoa and vanilla on the nose. Light roasted notes and layers of chocolate, dark fruit, and coffee balanced with a pleasant malt character. The chores never end in this vicious cycle of life, but thankfully, we have a Table Beer to look forward to at the end of the day.
