Pickled and processed for trade travel, the literal translation for Li Hing Mui is "traveling plum" or "walking plum". This sour-salty plum powder adds a flavorful pucker to our light sour base brewed with mango and guava. Inspired by its popular use of topping flavored Hawaiian shave ice, this beer is a refreshing and tangy tropical treat.
