Modest Mole” is our latest NE IPA, brewed in recognition of one of our favorite bands! This beer will fire you up with a forefront of berry aroma and flavor, with a light bodied undercurrent of toasted brioche with hints of almond. Bright and crisp, we’ve got everything you want out of a hazy IPA with a crushable flavor profile, and the dashboard of Mosaic and Motueka hops that nonetheless reveal excellent complexities with repeated sips. As you appreciate, “Modest Mole” floats on along with an easygoing finish. Don’t miss the boat on this one!
