MBC's award winning double nut brown was aged 2.5 long years in Cabernet Franc Hungarian Oak Barrels from Niner Winery named after the Roman god of agriculture, wine and fertility. The flavors fuse together to create a complex profile of dark cherries, black berries, and a nice round tannin finish. We suggest enjoying this elegant beer with a rich gamey meat such as venison, lamb, or duck.

	Mammoth Brewing Co. - Black Plum Sour Style: Sour ABV: 6.50% We aged the Dark Sour Ale base in oak barrels for over a year and blended it with locally grown and handpicked black plums from Apple Hills Ranch outside of Bishop, CA. The result is a juicy winter sour beer boasting flavors of chocolate, caramel and of course plum.

The 23rd Annual Mammoth Festival of Beer and Bluesapalooza is upon us and let’s celebrate another festival milestone with this juicy, hazy IPA filled with every hop we have here at MBC. With a mild bitterness and a soft mouthfeel, this beer was aged on 25lbs of French Oak chips that complement the citrus and floral flavors of the myriad of hops we used to help haze this beer just for you! Raise a glass to the lazy days in the High Sierra.

	Mammoth Brewing Co. - Cherry Sour Style: Sour ABV: 7.00% This beer was aged 6 months on a Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus blend that got pulled out of barrels and combined with 200 lbs of organic red and dark tart cherries. Enjoy the cherry nose and mild cherry sour finish.

	Mammoth Brewing Co. - Double Nut Brown Style: Porter ABV: 5.50% IBU: 25.0 Reminiscent of coffee and dark chocolate, this dark ale exhibits a mild sweetness and finishing roast dryness. This big ol’ Brown Porter is a Mammoth legend. And what’s nice to know is that no nuts were harmed or used during the brewing of this beer.

Fall 2016 barrel aged seasonal. Elderberry sour was aged 12 months in our naturally soured bourbon barrels. As the barrel aging was coming to an end, loyal staff and family braved the wilds of the Eastern Sierra to pick Elderberries from Lundy and Scheelite Canyons. We married the sour and elderberries together in a fermenter and let blend into a blissful state. Enjoy, oddly enough, with smoked meats. Bottle conditioned for your pleasure.

Mammoth Brewing Co. - Fire and Eisbock
Style: Bock
ABV: 10.00% IBU: 27.0

Brewing in the land of fire and ice since 1995 has brought us to this style of beer, where we use a long intense boil to concentrate color, flavor, and natural sugars. Then, after fermentation, we freeze no more than 2% of the water content out of the beer. This concentrates the alcohol and smooths out the flavor for a true winter seasonal.

	Mammoth Brewing Co. - Golden Trout Style: Kolsch ABV: 5.50% Grassy and crisp like a Sierra stream, this kolsch pours as gold and vibrant as the fish it’s named for. A Sierra-born beer worthy to be named for a Sierra-born fish. Vienna malts give Golden Trout a full body and flavor, while Saaz hops take it downstream to a softer, more floral place. Pairs well with Sierra sunshine.

Mammoth Brewing Co. - McKoozle XPA

This beer was created to remember our friend and brother Kevin McCoy. He loved big bold beers. We got together with JLB and Shelter Distilling to create a monster XPA. All the hops in this beer come from the boil and we dry hopped it with 15lbs of Hungarian oak chips. The nose on this beer is a myriad of aromas, such as malt, hops, and of course oak. The body is smooth with a nice oak bitter finish.
