Froth Winter Lager is the perfect beer to enjoy in front of a warm fire during the cooler months. We started with a malty Dunkel base, with notes of bread crust, toast, and light chocolate, and added Madagascar vanilla and fresh roasted Sumatra coffee beans from Cultivate Coffee Roasters to make this a beer you're sure to crave on cold nights...and maybe some mornings.

Mason Jar Lager Co. - lager Day Saints
Style: Maibock
ABV: 7.00%

This fantastic beer is the second in a collaboration series with our good friends at Four Saints Brewing Company in Asheboro, NC. Lager Day Saints is a Maibock. The German-style Maibock is paler in color and more hop-centric than traditional bock beers. A lightly toasted and/or bready malt character is often evident. A more noticeable alcohol warmth is present with this beer coming in at 7% ABV.

	Mason Jar Lager Co. - My Druthers Dark Lager Style: Dark Lager ABV: 5.00% IBU: 23.0 Dunkel means “dark” in German. This is a light-bodied, malty lager that features chocolate, toasted bread crust, and pretzel flavors and aromas. A well-balanced lager, showcasing the malt while not being overly bitter. This is a delicious beer all year but especially in the colder months!

This provides a nice dark chocolate bitterness with a dry, espresso finish while making it a beer that drinks easier than a porter or stout. This beer leaves a dark caramel and toasty flavor.
