Our famous Northwest Hazy IPA is easy drinking and All fluffed up with Citra, El Dorado & Vic Secret hops! It pours like fresh-squeezed orange juice while the aroma of ripe papaya, strawberry and pineapple float like a cloud out of the glass. Fluffy mango, orange & passionfruit hit the pallet softly, as if landing on a pillow top bed. Hazy IPAs continue to be all the rage, but we think they’re just fluff. This hazy IPA is All Fluff!

Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 6.00%      IBU: 40.0

The nose is bright and tropical leading to aromas of starfruit and fresh citrus. The palate is full and presents as a hop smoothie with notes of honeydew, cantaloupe, and mango brought fourth by the Citra and Enigma hops. The beer finishes clean with a very subtle bittering to balance all of the fruit character.

Utilizing one of the oldest hop varieties in the world, Spalt, we have made a classic Dusseldorf-style Alt Bier showcasing Weyermann Pilsner & Caramunich 1 malts with Simpson’s Munich and Carafa Special 1 and hopped with Magnum and Spalter Select. This malty beauty displays notes of cherry, light chocolate and a touch of toasted breadiness. Próst!

We doubled down on CLS Farms fresh hops for this one with fresh Citra in the brew kettle and fresh El Dorado for the dry-hop. And thus the freshest, fluffiest & haziest IPA in all the land, is born. Every single hop in Fresh Fluff was picked fresh off the bines and brought back to the brewery to be put in the beer within hours. So many fresh hops were harmed in the making of this beer, there oughta be a law.

El Dorado and CTZ! We took a chance on the pine-resin bomb that was, at one time, craft beers favorite IPA hop, CTZ. And took it in a more pleasant direction with the addition of large amounts of Eldorado's watermelon and pineapple candy. Add a small amount of wheat and rye for mouthfeel and texture and what we have here is a West Coast IPA for the future; hazy or clear, bitter or balanced, not everything has to have one purpose...

Triplecicle is 3 IPAs in one! Heavily dry-hopped with citrus-forward Citra, Comet and Chinook hops went into this, as well as whole Madagascar vanilla beans, and finished with citrus terpenes to make a rich and orange-creamy finish. If you’re a fan of Creamcicles, you know what we’re talking about.

Two New Zealand hops paired with a hop from Boise Idaho, YA SURE ABOUT THAT? Reducing the hop load in the whirlpool only to then turn around and max out the dry hop, YA SURE ABOUT THAT??!! There is so much zippy lime zest and pineapple juice aroma and flavor lodged in this beer you’ll need to invent a hop vacuum to get it out. “Bruh, I’m so over hazy IPA’s” - YA SURE ABOUT THAT?!
