Mocama Beer Co - Cosmico
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 69.0

This Juicy IPA starts with an agreeable, slightly toasty malt backbone that tones down the bitterness you may recall from the IPAs of yesteryear. The unique ester profile of the “Conan” yeast strain is reminiscent of peaches and serves as a perfect complement to the bright citrus and juicy tropical fruit aromas of Sultana and Citra hops. For bittering we chose the dual-purpose El Dorado hop varietal to impart a balanced bitterness along with flavors of pear and watermelon

Created by Mocama Beer Company from a place of genuine hospitality found among the dunes, trees and waters of the south. Our Prosim pilsner is our ‘pleases’, ‘thank you’s’ and ‘you’re welcomes’ to all who drink this beer. Shared with stories across dinner tables and pool tables alike, we crafted a beer to be enjoyed on the beaches, boats and porches with our friends. Its creation was our quest to find a style from the annals of classic beer and let our brewer bring an interpretation fitting to where we are now.

	Mocama Beer Co. - Prosim Style: Pilsner ABV: 5.00% IBU: 38.0 Our goal was to strike a balance between the familiar bitterness of Saaz and the florality and fruitiness of Grungeist, a relatively new German aroma hop that in this recipe imparts the smallest amount of peach, lemon, and passion fruit.

	Mocama Beer Co - Rare Cargo V.12 Style: Imperial Red IPA ABV: 8.40% IBU: 36.0 This Imperial Red IPA is dank, tropical, and resinous. Mars malt gives it a rich ruby color, with Green Bullet, Chinook, and Cascade hops added thrice in the brew.
