Chop Suey
Style:
American IPA
ABV:
6.70
% IBU:
60.0
Crushed Grasses’ rowdier, not-so-distant cousin. Chop Suey throws together big notes of ripe apricot, grapefruit peel, sticky resin, and fresh-cut pine, with a healthy dose of tropical dankness underneath. Classic American hops collide with Southern Hemisphere varieties for a punchy mix of citrus, stone fruit, and straight-up hop funk. A smooth, balanced body keeps it dangerously drinkable, while a firm, lingering bitterness cuts through the haze.
