In the 1600’s French surveyors and cartographers set out exploring a large chunk of prime real estate later known as the Louisiana Purchase. Those explorers named the most Northern bend of the Arkansas River “Aux Arcs,” which we pronounce Ozark. Aux Arcs means “to the top arc,” which ended up describing all the hills, hollows, forests, plateaus, and river bends known to the world as the Ozarks.

	Piney River Brewing Co. - Black Walnut Wheat Style: Wheat ABV: 4.50% IBU: 18.0 Buckets, burlap bags and pickup truck beds are filled with black walnuts each fall in the Ozarks. The rich and lively flavor of the wild, hand-harvested black walnut is a renowned flavor of the region. We’re proud to continue celebrating local flavor and tradition with our handcrafted Black Walnut Wheat Ale.

	Piney River Brewing Co. - Bronzeback Style: Pale Ale ABV: 6.00% IBU: 40.0 On the Big Piney, the perfect cast is under an overhanging branch or beside a bluff face. The perfect catch is a small mouth bass that dances across the water, bronze back glinting in the sun. Our handcrafted pale ale could be the perfect end to that day.

	Piney River Brewing Co. - Old Tom Porter Style: American Porter ABV: 5.50% IBU: 25.0 Dense black beard, brilliant plumage, reverberating gobble - Old Tom is notorious for haunting the Ozark hills. He's a prize gobbler with the wisdom to stay just out of reach. Our handcrafted porter is also memorable, but it's one Old Tom that won't get away.
