This added fruitiness will have you thinking about those warm summer days, floating down a river or sitting next to the BBQ pit enjoying a quaffable adult beverage.

Typically, neighbors share a cup of sugar. In this case, St. James Winery shared the cranberry juice they use to make their Cranberry wine with Public House to create this new collaboration beer. A crisp, clean cream ale blended with 100% cranberry juice, this seasonal incorporates the sweet and tart flavors of Cranberry wine - the winery's most popular seasonal.

Flynn’s Irish Red is a beer that we’ve been brewing in our Rolla R&D Brewpub every spring since 2011. It’s a style that is extremely sessionable and lends itself well to springtime in Missouri. As the ice of winter begins to thaw and the heavy coats are swapped for sweaters and jackets, the malt-forward, toasty character of our Irish Red-style ale emerges in timely fashion bearing the comfort of an old friend.

Inspired by the old iron workhorses that rumbled down the Frisco Railroad, this beer is named after Frisco 1501, a steam engine that now proudly rests in Rolla, Mo. This California Common style beer. It's a lightly fruity beer with firm, grainy maltiness and interesting toasty and caramel flavors. It showcases rustic traditional American hop characteristics.

We use traditional ingredients and our brewers use the traditional, multi-step infusion mash method. Pale, spicy, and fruity, our Hefeweizen is medium-bodied with a fluffy, creamy fullness that comes directly from the wheat. Subtle flavors and aromas of banana, clove, and even bubblegum–all naturally imparted by the yeast–are balanced by slightly tart and citrusy noble hops.

We hope you enjoy this new take on an old favorite! After many trials with different fruit combinations our team settled on pink guava. The fruit was added to the beginning of the fermentation so that the yeast could consume the sugars keeping the finish dry and tart, while still highlighting the flavor of the guava fruit.

We used all natural fruit in our Peach Cream Ale, allowing those juicy fresh flavors to shine. The beer is thirst-quenching and crisp with a beautiful golden color. Peach Cream Ale is a slightly re-envisioned version of our past summer seasonal Farmstand Peach Ale. It's the perfect companion to a day on the lake, a lazy river, or your back porch.

Public House Brewing Co. - Provision
Style: Farmhouse Ale
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 30.0

With notes of orange peel and lemon zest, this refreshing ale is aromatic, spicy, and hoppy with a distinctive dry finish. Deep gold in color, this beer is not filtered so it has some haze from the yeast left in solution. Originally brewed to sustain hardworking farmers through long, hot summers, this beer has a higher ABV than traditional farmhouse ales.

An ale version of the American lager, this pale, straw-colored beauty was born in the USA. Faint notes of malt and flaked corn are complimented by a smooth mouthfeel. A sweet corn-like aroma bubbles up through the carbonation. Noble hops help balance the sweetness of the beer. We used Hallertauer hops just because we like 'em. Named in honor of its creator - our second brewer, Rod Murray - it's a refresher and a thirst-quencher. This is America. Love it or leave it, baby!
