Red Oak Brewery - Amber Lager
Style: Red Lager

Red Oak is a Munich Urtyp (old style) lager. We begin the brewing process with custom kilned imported Munich malt. Red Oak is then is the hopped with Spalt Noble hops imported from Bavaria, the oldest hop growing region in the world. Before fermentation we add a yeast strain from Weihenstehpen, the oldest brewery in the world, founded before 1040 AD. Weeks of aging gives Red Oak the smooth taste its known for.

	Red Oak Brewery - Battlefield Style: Bock ABV: 6.50% IBU: 28.0 Battlefield Bock is a smooth and creamy Bavarian Style Bock brewed with our special blend of Bavarian Dark Roasted Malts and Noble Czech Saaz Hops. It's aged a minimum of 8 weeks to give it a rich full-bodied lager flavor and hints of coffee and chocolate.

	Red Oak Brewery - Black Oak Style: Doppelbock ABV: 8.30% Black Oak is our Winter Seasonal. This Bavarian- Style Doppelbock is brewed with a blend of 8 malts. Noble Saaz Hops from the Czech Republic impart a spicy flavor to balance the malt profile.This Lager is aged for over 8 weeks before the kegs are released.

Red Oak Brewery - HopGarten
Style: Pilsner
ABV: 5.30% IBU: 34.0

HopGarten Pils celebrates the rows of Hops growing up trellises in Bavaria’s Hallertau Region, the oldest hop growing region in the world. Our Bavarian-Style Pilsner is brewed with the Barke variety of Barley Malt for an exceptionally smooth flavor. Early and late additions of the noble aroma hops Spalt and Saaz give this lager a pleasant herbal finish.

	Red Oak Brewery - Hummin' Bird Style: Helles ABV: 4.50% IBU: 18.0 A Golden Lager similar to those found throughout Bavaria. We use carefully selected Pilsner Malt, Imported Spalt Noble Hops and a proprietary lager yeast strain that is not filtered out. Hummin' Bird is slow cold-aged for over a month giving it a wonderful taste and aroma.

Red Oak Brewery - Lager
Style: Amber

Red Oak Bavarian Amber Lager is an old-style lager made with imported Munich malt that is custom kilned to our specifications, which gives this beer a one-of-a-kind body and flavor. Our hops are imported from Bavaria, the oldest hop-growing region in the world, and we ferment with a proprietary lager yeast strain (which we do not filter) to give the beer its unique cloudiness and daily supply of Vitamin B. As with all of our beers, Red Oak is brewed in accordance to the 1516 Bavarian Purity Law, contains no preservatives, and is never pasteurized, making it fresh, pure and wholesome.

	Red Oak Brewery - Old Oak Style: Marzen ABV: 6.50% This deep amber lager is naturally carbonated, unfiltered and unpasteurized so the vitamins remain whole. Brewed in full accordance with the 1516 Bavarian Purity Law. Heritage Malted Barley, Spalt and Tettnang Noble Hops & Lager Yeast create this traditional and rare beer.
