Named for Baldur, son of Odin and Frigg, our latest release from Schoolhouse is a American IPA worthy of song and saga. Brewed with Tropical Yeast this 7% beer is full of Centennial and a blend of New Zealand hops, then generous dry hopped with Galaxy. Like the nectar of the gods it comes at you fast and hazy with citrus and grassy earth notes. Soft on the palate it finishes with a gentle bitterness to balance the sweet and just enough bite to keep you sipping. Cheers!
