Meet Rosé, crafted in partnership with our friends at Sunday In Brooklyn. Rosé features 100% local fresh pressed apples from Sunrise Orchards in Cornwall, Vermont. Post fermentation, we let the cider age on local Marquette grape skins — collected from winemaker friends here in Vermont — to impart flavor, color, and tannin. The result is a fun-loving but refined cider that is as delicious as it is beautiful.

Shacksbury Farmhouse Cider - Whistlepig Lo Ball
Style: Cider
ABV: 4.80%

Aged in WhistlePig Vermont white oak barrels, used to age their FarmStock whiskey. The resulting Lo-Ball is easygoing at just 4.8 percent abv. with fresh apple flavor complimented by the dry, spicy character you would expect from rye barrels (or from a Vermonter). If you were to compare it to something, it’s more of a light easy-to-drink highball cocktail than a heavy barrel-aged beer.
