COOLDOWN (Cream Ale), a clean and sparkling cream ale dedicated to the Skokie Swifters. Dry hopped with Michigan hops for a crisp and refreshing finish, it’s worth the extra mile. On draft and in cans now in both taprooms, with a sweet label design and a low ABV of 4.3%. FYI, Sketchbook’s own run/walk/drinking club was formed by super fan Sabrina Ehmke to encourage runners of all abilities to find camaraderie through running. You can join them every Tuesday at 6p for an unstructured run, or just meet afterwards and enjoy the Cooldown.

This one is made to enlighten the ingredients that go into a fall beverage and make you smile. Pumpkins smoked in pecan wood and seasoned with a dash of pumpkin pie spices. This medium-bodied farmhouse ale is finished with wild flower honey and dark maple syrup for even more complexity.
