Summit Brewing Co. - Cabin Crusher Kolsch Style Ale with Lime
Style: Kolsch

Lower in alcohol, lightly hopped and high in carbonation and drinkability, Summit Cabin Crusher is a traditional Kölsch-style ale spiked with fresh lime peel and puree, plus lemon-lime citrus-forward hops from the U.S., including Lemon Drop and Loral varieties. Balanced by malt flavors and aromas of honey, biscuit and toast, the end result is a crisp, refreshing ale perfect for hot days in Cabin Country. Slightly hazy in appearance, floral notes lead to huge citrus rind aromas of lemon and lime.

	Summit Brewing Co. - Cranky Woodsman Style: Nut Brown Ale ABV: 5.20% IBU: 30.0 Lacey barley from Alexandria, MN provides the foundation for a rich mahogany-colored beer with notes of toast, graham cracker and smoke, while Cascade hops from Mighty Axe Farms offer a hint of spice and citrus to complement a slight maple-syrup sweetness.

There’d be no Summit Dakota Soul without the Moravian 37 barley grown exclusively by our founder’s cousins near Rugby, North Dakota. Crafted from farm to finish right here in Grain Country, this traditional Czech-style pilsener features notes of English biscuits, honey and graham cracker, plus a floral, spicy hop finish thanks to genuine Saaz hops and the new American hop variety Loral.

Summit Brewing Co. - Dark Infusion

A rich, full-bodied imperial milk stout with sweet, roasted notes from six different specialty malts, Dark Infusion is made even bolder and more complex with the infusion of smooth, cold-brewed coffee. Complemented by coffee rather than overpowered, traces of caramel, graham cracker and dark chocolate round out this highly anticipated and limited beer.

Our traditional, unfiltered German-style pilsner, Summit Keller Pils, was hailed as the No. 2 Pilsner in the world in 2016 by Paste Magazine, so we’ve decided to go ahead and make it year-round beginning January 2018. Brewed with traditional Tettnang hops and the modern German variety Huell Melon, Keller Pils offers spicy floral notes, balanced citrus bitterness, and malty-sweet and honey undertones from Weyermann Barke Pilsner Malt.

Summit Brewing Co. - Old Blaggard
Style: Barleywine

This Union Series brew is an homage to the great strong ales of the famous English brewing town of Burton-on-Trent. Aged six months, this ale features new varieties of British barley and hops and offers up huge complexity and warmth. Due to the aging requirements of stronger beers, many British brewers would include “Old” as part of the beer name. (e.g. “Old Tom” referring to the brewery cat). In rural England and Ireland, a blaggard was a ne’er-do-well, so “Old Blaggard” seemed like an apt name to denote the hooligan nature of our Head Brewer, Damian McConn.
