	The Brew Kettle - Kitka Style: Milk Stout ABV: 5.75% IBU: 22.0 A traditional Milk Stout with additions of milk sugar for added sweetness. We then add cocoa powder and melted belgian chocolate in the boil and "dry-spiced" with organic coconut flakes after fermentation

	The Brew Kettle - L'Hazy Mango Style: New England IPA ABV: 6.10% IBU: 50.0 Purposely cloudy. Done as they do in the northeast, not because it is easy, but to accentuate the the hops! Or so “they” say. Ours is a blend from near and far with the addition of real Mango juice and flavors to tropical juice up this already juicy IPA.

	The Brew Kettle - Porky Brewster Style: Smoked Beer ABV: 5.00% IBU: 20.0 Requested and delivered for BACON FEST! Brewed with 3 kinds of smoked malt including our own in-house version, we then ad post fermentation a healthy dose of 100% dark maple syrup, natural bacon extract and a "pinch" of salt. A real breakfast in a glass!

	The Brew Kettle - Winter Warmer Style: Maple Barrel Aged ABV: 10.00% IBU: 25.0 Our spiced Winter Warmer brewed slightly bigger (10% abv) and aged for 4 months in bourbon barrels used by Bliss for their bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup. Big sweet maple & malt synergy of flavor with subdued spicing and a touch of bourbon and oak character. A Yuletide sipper if there ever was one.
